Our Story

ON-Q was founded in 1988 with a commitment to building social inclusion and supportive communities. Our aim was to enable people with a disability to realise their potential through participating in meaningful employment.

Today, we continue to help people experiencing difficulties obtaining or retaining employment due to disadvantage, disability, injury or a health condition. We now also offer services for students making the transition from school to work, young people wanting to undertake a School-based Apprenticeship, and others looking for Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships.

With over 150 staff and nine offices throughout the NSW Northern Rivers and QLD Gold Coast, ON-Q Human Resources enjoys a well-earned reputation as a premium provider of specialised employment services.
