03-Mar-2010 ON-Q Launches National Panel of Assessor (NPA) Services
 
 
ON-Q Human Resources launched it's National Panel of Assessor Services on 1st March 2010.    Assessment Services are delivered by existing qualified  professional staff with a minimum of 2 years experience in disability employment programs. ON-Q was successful in tendering for three types of assessments.

• Ongoing Support for people with disability where that support is required more than a year after placement

• Assessment for Workplace Modifications to assist employers with costs of modifying the workplace to accommodate a worker with disability

• Supported Wage Scheme for assessing an employees productivity level upon which the Award wage rate is based.
