An important part of your application for a position is the Selection Criteria, the purpose of which is to allow you the opportunity to address the criteria that we think are important for the job.
Selection Criteria clearly document the skills, abilities, experience, knowledge and qualifications that a person ideally possesses to effectively and efficiently perform the duties of the position.
Directly addressing the selection criteria is your opportunity to show that you are the best person for the position; quality not quantity counts.
As part of your application write each of the Selection Criterion as a heading and write your response underneath.
Remember, the onus is on you to convince the selection panel of your suitability.
